# Track AI usage and cost

> See what the AI did for your workspace, what it costs, and cap it each month.

## Before you start

- Workspace owner, or a role that manages payments

## See it

Go to [**Settings > AI usage**](https://app.soosh.io/settings/ai-usage) and choose a period.

- **AI charges**: what the AI cost, and how many of its results were used.
  Results that weren't used, like a suggestion an agent ignored, aren't charged.
- **Bot replies** and **Memory updates**: what the AI did.
- **Wallet lasts**: how long your balance lasts at this rate.
- **By feature** and **By number**: where the cost came from: bot replies,
  flow AI steps, customer memory or reply suggestions.

## Set a monthly limit

1. Under **Monthly limit**, enter the most the AI may cost in a month.
2. Save it.

When the month's AI charges reach it, AI replies pause until the 1st, or until
you raise the limit. Leave it empty for no limit.
