# Call back missed calls

> Return calls from customers who didn't reach anyone, and play their voicemails.

## Call them back

1. Go to [**Calls > Missed calls**](https://app.soosh.io/calling/missed). **To call back** lists customers who called
   and didn't reach anyone, with the reason, like **Nobody answered** or
   **Outside business hours**.
2. If there's a voicemail, click **Voicemail** to play it.
3. Click **Call back**.

## Result

The call starts, and the missed call moves to **Handled**.

Dealt with it another way, like a message? Click **Handled**. To send the
missed-call message on WhatsApp, click **Send message**. To put one back on the
list, open **Handled** and click **Reopen**.
