# Follow up automatically

> Send a second message, a while after a campaign, to the people who didn't reply, read or tap a button.

## Add the follow-up

1. Open the campaign. Under **When it goes**, or in the **Follow-up** card once
   it's sent, click **Add follow-up**.
2. In **Send to people who**, choose **Didn't reply**, **Didn't read it** or
   **Didn't tap a button**.
3. In **After the campaign completes, wait**, choose how long, from 1 hour to
   72 hours.
4. In **Then send**, choose the template, and fill its variables if it has
   any.
5. Click **Save**.

## Result

The card says, for example, *Sends new_arrivals to people who didn't reply, 24
hours after this campaign completes.* At that time, Soosh sends it as a new
campaign with its own results, linked to this one.

Only people the first message reached are followed up, and people who opted
out of marketing are skipped. If everyone responded, nothing is sent.
