# Read campaign results

> See how many people got, read and answered your campaign, and who.

## Open the results

Go to [**Campaigns**](https://app.soosh.io/campaigns) and click the campaign. The top shows how many messages
were sent out of how many, and the bar shows how many were read, delivered,
sent and failed.

## Performance

Each figure is a share of the messages sent:

- **Delivered**: reached the person's phone.
- **Read**: opened. "Half within 1.7 h" means half of them were read within
  that time.
- **Replied**: answered within 72 hours. Only a person's first reply counts.
- **Tapped a button**: tapped one of the message's buttons.

Below, **Activity by hour** (or by day) shows when it all happened, and
**Buttons tapped** shows which buttons people chose.

## See who did what

Under the charts, the recipients list shows each person's status and response.
Click **Replied**, **Tapped a button**, **No reply**, **Read**, **Failed** or
**Not sent yet** to see only those people.

To take the list away, click **Export CSV**. It exports the people in the
filter you chose, with every status time and their reply.

## Compare campaigns

1. On the **Campaigns** page, tick 2 to 6 campaigns.
2. Click **Compare**.

The rates are shares of messages sent, so small and large campaigns compare
fairly. The best figure in each row is marked **best**.
