# Retry failed messages

> Send a campaign's failed messages again, once you've fixed what stopped them.

## Find out why they failed

Open the campaign and scroll to **Why messages failed**. Each reason says how
many messages it stopped and what to do about it.

Retrying helps when the problem is fixed or was temporary, like **Sending too
fast** or **Payment problem on your WhatsApp account** once you've updated the
payment method. It doesn't help when the number isn't on WhatsApp, or the
person turned off your marketing messages.

## Retry

1. Open the campaign once it has finished or is paused.
2. Click **Retry failed**.

## Result

Soosh says, for example, **Retrying 6 failed messages**, and sends them again.
The counts update as they go out.
