# Send a WhatsApp form

> Send customers a published form from a chat, a template or a bot flow, and read their answers.

## From a chat

Forms are sent from a chat through a saved reply with a form button.

1. Go to [**Inbox > Saved replies**](https://app.soosh.io/saved-replies) and click **Add response**.
2. Enter the **Name**, a **Shortcut** like `book`, and the **Content**: the
   message above the button.
3. Under **Buttons**, add a **Flow** button. Its title is the button's label,
   like *Book a fitting*, and choose the form.
4. Click **Create**.
5. In the chat, type `/book`, choose the reply and click **Send**.

A form button can't be mixed with other buttons in the same message.

## In a template

To send a form to customers who haven't written in the last 24 hours, or in a
campaign, add an **Open a form** button to a template, choose the **Form**,
and [get the template approved](https://docs.soosh.io/guides/templates/get-a-template-approved/).

## From a bot flow

Add a **WA Flow** step to a [bot flow](https://docs.soosh.io/guides/chatbot/build-a-bot-flow/) and
enter the form's Meta ID. The answers become the flow's saved values, ready
for the next steps.

## Read the answers

When a customer submits the form, the chat shows **Form submitted** with each
question and their answer.
