## Add a button

1. Open the template, or [create one](https://docs.soosh.io/guides/templates/create-a-template/).
2. Under **Buttons**, click **Add button** and choose the kind:
   - **Quick reply**: sends a ready answer back to you, like *Yes, confirm*.
   - **Visit website**: opens a link.
   - **Call phone number**: calls your business number.
   - **Call on WhatsApp**: starts a WhatsApp call with you.
   - **Copy offer code**: copies a coupon code for the customer.
   - **Open a form**: opens one of your WhatsApp forms.
3. Fill in its fields: **Button text** (up to 25 characters), and the link,
   number or code it needs.
4. Click **Create**, or **Save**.

To give each customer their own link, like their order page, end the
**Website link** with `{{1}}`, as in `https://bluelotus.example/orders/{{1}}`,
and enter an **Example link** for Meta. You fill in the end of the link when
you send.

## Limits

- Up to 10 buttons in all: up to 10 quick replies, 2 website buttons, and one
  each of the others.
- Keep quick replies together, before or after the other buttons.
- WhatsApp shows two buttons and puts the rest under **See all options**.

## Result

The **Live preview** shows the buttons under the message. When customers tap
a quick reply, their answer arrives in your inbox, and the campaign's results
count it under **Tapped a button**.
