# Get a template approved

> Send a template to Meta for review, so you can use it in chats and campaigns.

## Before you start

## Send it to Meta

1. Go to [**Campaigns > Message templates**](https://app.soosh.io/templates) and click the template.
2. Click **Publish**.
3. Click **Publish** again to confirm.

Soosh says **Template submitted to Meta for approval**, and the template shows
**Pending**. You can't change it while Meta reviews it.

## Result

Meta usually decides within minutes, and at most within 24 hours. The status
changes by itself to **Approved**, ready to use, or **Rejected**.

To check for a change straight away, click **Sync from Meta**.

Once approved, you can still edit the template up to 10 times in 30 days, once
a day; each edit goes back to Meta for review. Its name, language and category
can't change.
