## Before you start

- Owner, admin or manager role in Soosh
- [A connected WhatsApp number](https://docs.soosh.io/guides/workspace/connect-a-whatsapp-number/)

A catalog belongs to one WhatsApp number. Anything you do on [**Settings > Catalogs**](https://app.soosh.io/settings/catalogs)
happens in WhatsApp too: creating or deleting a catalog, and adding, changing
or deleting a product.

## Create a catalog

1. Go to [**Settings > Catalogs**](https://app.soosh.io/settings/catalogs) and click **New catalog**.
2. Enter a **Name** and choose the **WhatsApp number**.
3. Click **Create**.

Already made catalogs in Meta Commerce Manager? Click **Get from WhatsApp**
instead. If you have more than one number, choose one and click **Get catalogs**. Soosh adds the
catalogs connected to it and updates their names.

## Add products

1. On [**Settings > Catalogs**](https://app.soosh.io/settings/catalogs), click the catalog.
2. Click **Add product**.
3. Enter a **Name** and a **Price**. **Currency** is a 3-letter code, like
   `USD` or `INR`.
4. Optional: add a **Description**, a link to the **Product page**, an
   **Image address** and a **SKU**.
5. Click **Add**.

To change a product, click the pencil next to it. The SKU can't be changed
once the product is added.

> **Note:** The catalog page lists the products added in Soosh. Products added in Meta
> Commerce Manager are still in the catalog in WhatsApp, but aren't listed
> here.

## Delete a catalog

Click the bin next to the catalog on [**Settings > Catalogs**](https://app.soosh.io/settings/catalogs), then
**Delete**. It's deleted in WhatsApp too, with all its products, and customers
can no longer order from it.
