# Sign in with single sign-on

> Sign in to Soosh with your Google or company account instead of a password.

## Before you start

- [A Soosh account that an admin added for you](https://docs.soosh.io/guides/workspace/invite-a-member/), with the same email as your Google or company account
- If you were given a temporary password: sign in with it once and set your own password first

1. Go to [app.soosh.io](https://app.soosh.io).
2. Click **Continue with Google**, or **Continue with** your company's sign-in
   if you see it.
3. Sign in there. You come straight back to Soosh, signed in.

The first time, Soosh links that sign-in to your account.

## If it doesn't work

| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| User not found. Ask your workspace admin to add you. | Your email isn't in any workspace. Ask an admin to add it. |
| Email domain not allowed | Use the company account your workspace allows. |
| This account is not linked to this identity provider | Sign in the way you usually do, with your password. |
| Sign in with your temporary password and set your own password before using single sign-on | Do that once, then single sign-on works. |

Which sign-in buttons appear is set up by Soosh, not by your workspace.
