Read your dashboard

See how your WhatsApp workspace is doing at a glance, and add the numbers you care about.

Section titled “Read it”

Click Home. The cards show this month so far:

  • Total Messages: messages sent and received.
  • Active Contacts: customers who wrote or were written to.
  • Chatbot Sessions: conversations the bot handled.
  • Total Campaigns: campaigns created.

Each card compares with the period before, like +12% from last month. Below, Recent Messages lists the latest chats, and Quick Actions takes you to common tasks.

Open in Soosh

To see another period, choose it at the top: Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, This month, or a Custom range.

Add a card

Section titled “Add a card”
  1. Click Add widget.
  2. Enter a Widget name.
  3. In Data source, choose what to count: Messages, Contacts, Campaigns, Transfers or Sessions.
  4. Choose a Display type: Number, Chart, Table or Shortcuts.
  5. Optional: add Filters, like only incoming messages, and turn on Share with team so everyone sees it.
  6. Click Add.

To move cards around, click Edit layout, drag them, and click Done. You can change or delete only cards you added.
