  • Owner or admin role in Soosh. Only the owner can give or take away the Admin role or any role that can add money to the wallet, and only the owner can change or remove a member who has one.
  1. Go to Settings > Members (opens Soosh in a new tab) and click the member.

  2. In Role, choose the new role.

  3. Click Save.

Soosh shows Member updated. You can’t change your own role, or the owner’s.

If you can view roles, What Ravi can do on the right lists, in plain words, what the role chosen for them allows. It follows the Role field, so you can check before you save.

  1. Go to Settings > Members (opens Soosh in a new tab) and click the member.
  2. Click Remove member, then Remove.

Soosh shows Member removed from workspace. They lose access to this workspace straight away. Their account itself isn’t deleted, so they keep access to any other workspaces they belong to. You can’t remove yourself or the owner.

The chats assigned to them become unassigned, and the bot answers the ones they had taken over again. API keys they made keep working, because a key belongs to the workspace, not to the person: check Settings > API keys (opens Soosh in a new tab) and revoke any you don’t need.
