Top up your wallet

Add money to your workspace's wallet by card or UPI.

Before you start

  • Workspace owner. Admins can see the wallet but not add to it.

Add funds

Section titled “Add funds”
  1. Go to Settings > Wallet and click Add funds. Or click one of the amounts next to it, like +$50.
  2. Enter the amount, or choose one of the suggested amounts.
  3. Under Pay with, choose how to pay: Stripe for a card, or Razorpay for UPI, cards and netbanking.
  4. Optional: to use the card for auto-recharge, leave Save this card for auto-recharge on. Only cards paid through Stripe can be saved.
  5. Click Continue to pay, and pay on the provider’s page.

You come back to the wallet, and Soosh says the amount was added. The balance and Activity update.

If the payment is still being processed, the balance updates as soon as it goes through. If you didn’t finish paying, click Continue payment in the message. Every attempt, whether it worked or not, is under Activity > Top-ups.
