Delete a contact

DELETE /v1/contacts/{id}

Deletes the contact, as the app does: it’s hidden from lists and the inbox, and what the AI remembered about the customer is erased.

Needs contacts:write.

Response 204

No body.

Path parameters

id string · uuid

The contact’s ID.

Afterwards

Creating a contact with the same number brings it back. Deleting sends contact.deleted.

Returns

204 No content.

Besides the ones every request can get:

404not_foundThere is no contact with this ID in your workspace.
