Find out why
Section titled “Find out why”Soosh shows that a template was Rejected, but not why. Meta gives the reason in WhatsApp Manager, under Message templates, and in an email to your business.
The usual reasons:
- Marketing in a utility template. An order update that also promotes a sale is marketing. Choose Marketing, or take the promotion out.
- A variable at the very start or end, or variables with too little text
around them, like a message that’s only
{{1}}. - Looks like spam or breaks Meta’s rules: misleading claims, threats, or things WhatsApp doesn’t allow.
- The examples don’t fit, like an example name that isn’t a name.
Change it and send it again
