Pause or cancel a campaign

Stop a campaign that's sending, for a while or for good.

Pause it

Section titled “Pause it”
  1. Open the campaign while it’s sending and click Pause.
  2. Click Pause again to confirm.

No more messages go out; the page says Paused. Resume to send to the rest. To carry on, click Resume, then Send it.

Cancel it

  1. Open the campaign and click Cancel campaign.
  2. Click Cancel campaign again to confirm.

The rest of the messages are never sent. Messages already sent stay delivered; you can’t take them back. A cancelled campaign can’t be restarted, but you can create a new one.

If Soosh paused it

A campaign can pause by itself when the workspace reaches its monthly limit of broadcast messages. The campaign page says so, and when you can resume. The Campaigns page shows how many you’ve used this month.
