Hide customers' phone numbers
Show only the last 4 digits of customers' numbers to everyone in your workspace.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”- Owner or admin role in Soosh
Turn it on
Section titled “Turn it on”- Go to Settings > General.
- Under Privacy, turn on Mask phone numbers.
- Click Save in the bar at the bottom.
Result
Section titled “Result”Customers’ numbers show as stars with only the last 4 digits, like
********3210, for everyone in the workspace, admins included. That covers
chats, contacts, the queue, calls, campaign recipients and contact exports,
and the API.
Your team can still reply and call as usual.
